CAN WE DATE?

This is a common language and question amongst young persons. It's very common to see teens/Youths desperate to DATE and be emotionally involved in our society today.

Even in our primary schools, we can see pupils actively dating.

We have church programs talking about DATING and all that is involved.

 Most persons believe is proper to date as from a certain AGE with maturity.

 A school of thought also believe that is appropriate to DATE if SEX and other immoral acts are not involved.

Before we take this topic deeper, let's quickly explore the ORIGIN of DATING.

DATING is now been celebrated and tolerated, that if you're not dating as a young person, you look Abnormal and uncivilized.

However, in the 60s, followed the sexual revolution which made things a lot free. During these years people felt free to involve themselves in sexual relationships and celebrated free casual sex instead of monogamy(getting married).

All of these did have its effects: by the 80s a lot of people were dying from uncommon diseases. That is when they discovered that AIDS is connected to sexual orientation. With the discovery of AIDS.

From the INVENTION of DATING, it's obvious that the motive behind it was immoral and lustful, it was never Godly or Moral.

Young persons took advantage of the industries revolution; and created a platform Called DATING to satisfied their Sexual desire and lust, instead of them to learn BIBLICAL WAYS OF SEXUAL PURITY AND HOW TO MANAGE OUR NATURAL SEX FEELINGS.

 The Hallmark of dating was an agenda to Promote immorality among Young persons and to satisfy their lustful Sexual desire.

From the account in the  Garden of Eden it was clear that one of the deceptions of the devil is to introduce destructive information to the heart and mind of people to act against the standard of God.

Genesis  3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

Revelation 2:20 But I have this against you, that you tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess and is teaching and seducing my servants to practice sexual immorality and to eat food sacrificed to idols.

We have many of her descendants in my Generation, in fact many of her agents are standing behind the pulpit, practicing and promoting sexual immorality.

80% of the so-called DATING LEADS TO PREMARITAL SEX, it has become a platform for young persons to demand Sexual satisfaction. The goal of DATING is a campaign against the standard of God and to enslave our young generation sexually.

Instead of our young generation of learning Appropriate sex education: How to relate with the opposite sex, How to manage our Sexuality, pathway to Sexual purity, they are now being mentored by the spirit of seduction.

 

Regardless of your opinion, the standard of God remains unchangeable.2 Timothy 2:19   Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

(1) DATING WAS MEANT TO REPLACE GODLY FRIENDSHIP.

(2) DATING MAKES YOU VULNERABLE TO PREMARITAL SEX, DATING IS PLAYING WITH YOUR SEXUAL FEELINGS.

Proverbs 6:27   Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned?

(3) AS FAR AS DATING IS CONCERN IT HAS NO PLACE IN THE BODY OF CHRIST.

Romans  12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

 (4) THE BIBLE ONLY APPROVE GODLY RELATIONSHIP FOR BELIEVERS. A godly relationship is the template for courtship.
